This show will be for young children to understand and fall in love with the story of Clara in The Nutcracker. \n  \nThe artistry of sets and costumes from St. Petersburg\, Russia are truly spectacular! This artistic masterpiece is directed by Joseph Gatti\, a graduate of the Royal Ballet School in London. Formerly a Principal Dancer with the Cincinnati Ballet and Corella Ballet\, and First Soloist with Boston Ballet\, and features internationally acclaimed principal dancers along with talented dancers from our community. Enjoy the magic of Christmas as Clara takes us on an adventure to the land of snow and sweets\, where flowers waltz and sugar plum fairies dance with delight. Space Coast Ballet\, The Nutcracker\, rivals any production in New York City or elsewhere. “…the greatest thing to hit the Space Coast…” — FLORIDA TODAY.  \n\n\n\nIndividual tickets available at the King Center at (321) 242-2219 and kingcenter.com. SUMMARY:When Instruments Roamed the Earth!
DESCRIPTION:About This Concert\n \n\nJoin your BSO for our annual FREE family concert! No tickets or registration required\, seating on a first come first serve basis. \n\n\n\n\nIn pre-historic times\, strange creatures walked the planet. These were the ancient ancestors of musical instruments that inspired melodious makers in brass and wood to create the instruments we see in the orchestra today. \nTake a journey into\, “When Instruments Roamed the Earth!®” Filled with laughs\, surprises\, multi-media projection and on-stage action\, any symphony can easily present this perfect all-ages introduction to the exciting sounds\, people\, and experience of a symphony orchestra concert. \n\n\n\n\nHear and see the hilarious “research” of paleo-musicologist\, Sir Humphrey Treble-Clef\, who believes that our modern instruments are actually the descendants of giant\, dinosaur-like creatures like you’ve never seen before. These are strange creatures which exist in the hot\, mysterious\, swampy jungles of Sir Humphrey’s unusual imagination. \nMost will not believe a man who tried to prove that ancient humans made music by hitting themselves on the head with rocks; but everyone will smile\, laugh\, and be in awe of the symphonic interpretations of Sir Humphrey’s wild theories\, featuring all the instruments of the symphony orchestra. \n\n\n\n“When Instruments Roamed the Earth!®” is an all-original\, multi-media\, story with narration. and music event for symphony orchestras. \nJust as Looney Tunes introduced a generation to loving classical music\, “When Instruments Roamed the Earth!®” takes a new generation on a hilarious journey to love the people\, the sound & the experience of the symphony orchestra. \n\nPlease note the King Center for the Performing Arts’ clear bag policy\, which can be found here. \n\n\n  \n\n“When Instruments Roamed the Earth!®” © 2019 Agnes Day Music\, BMI\, composed by Bob Singleton\, narration by Stephen White.
