Seats will be guaranteed for current subscribers who purchase full season experiences prior to August 31st by noon. After 12:00pm EST on August 31st, all seats not confirmed by current subscribers will be released for change-request; returning former subscribers who have skipped one, or more seasons; and new subscriber seating. Returning former subscribers and subscribers requesting prorated series tickets are not eligible for same seat guarantee. Seats for add-on performances will be sat best available after all priority seats have been assigned.
A renewed subscription, or renewal, is a new subscription issued to an existing subscriber so that the current and new subscription form a series of consecutive subscriptions.
Order must be received via phone, online, or post marked by August 31st to retain your same seats for the next season. After August 31st, ALL non-renewed seats will be released to change request seating, new subscriber seating, and/or returning former subscriber seating. Requests will be processed in chronological order as they are received.
Orders will be gladly accepted at any time. New orders will be processed in the order they are received.
Mailing of Tickets
Season Tickets processed prior to August 31st will be printed and mailed mid-September. You may also choose to have your season tickets emailed you.
Unable to attend a performance?
Return your tickets to the BSO Business Office at least one week prior to the concert and receive a Tax Deduction for the value of the ticket.
Ticket exchanges are available for subscription tickets only. Difference in ticket price will be owed on ALL exchanges.
Full House Program
Tickets purchased via our Full House Program will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve, basis and will be seated in the best available seat. We are not able to guarantee side-by-side seating with purchasing subscriber.
Friend Referral Program
Current subscribers, in good standing, that refer a new subscriber will receive one (1) complimentary individual guest ticket to a subscription performance of their choice at the King Center for the Performing Arts.
Please note: Seats are non-transferable.
Teachers, Educators & Active Military
Season Tickets – Full time teachers and active military can purchase season tickets through the BSO’s Educators & Active Military program. Educators and active military can attend up to six (6) subscription performances of choice at the King Center For The Performing Arts Must for $101 per season. Best available seating in ALL areas. Seats can be chosen at time of purchase or by noon the day before a performance by contacting the BSO office by phone at 321.242.2024. Current Educators & Active Military subscribers, in good standing, will also receive one (1) complimentary individual guest ticket to a subscription performance of their choice at the King Center for the Performing Arts.
Single Tickets – Educators and Active Military Receive special offers on tickets in designated areas for subscription performances at the King Center For The Performing Arts as follows:
- Evening = Area 2 = $25
- Matinee = Main Floor = $20
Verification – Must show valid school or military I.D. at time of purchase. Limit two (2) per valid I.D. Cannot be combined with any other discount.
PREMIER CONCERT EXPERIENCES
Patrons who purchase Premier Symphony Experiences will each receive a Premier Patron Card in the mail along with their season tickets. The Premier Patron Card will give you access to the V.I.P. entrance and V.I.P. bar located in the lobby of the King Center for the Performing Arts. Premier Patrons are responsible for all payments for drinks/concessions ordered at the King Center. Each Premier patron must present Premier Patron Card to receive complimentary bottled during a BSO subscription performance [Limit two (2) bottles per Premier patron per performance].
Premier Parking – Premier patrons must present their Premier Patron Card to the parking attendant along with a photo ID to enter the Premier parking area.
Premier Flex Tickets – Premier patrons can opt to choose their subscription performances of choice at time of purchase or up until the day prior to a performance by noon to contact the BSO Administrative Office with subscription concert choice (see below for contact information). The King Center Ticket Office will NOT issue any tickets for season ticket holders.
Premier Ticket Banking – Premier patrons who can not attend a subscription performance can bank their tickets for another subscription performance during the current season and use banked tickets for friends and families. Premier patrons must notify the BSO office no later than noon the day prior to the performance they can not attend to opt-in to this perk.
Premier Party Package – Patrons who have purchased a Symphony Experience with the BSO Party Package perk will each receive one (1) entry per Season Experience purchased. The BSO office will attempt to contact you once by phone and/or email at least two weeks prior to each of the events to confirm your attendance. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your entry to a friend or family member after notifying the BSO Administrative Office by the R.S.V.P. date for each individual event. No refunds will be given if you are unable to attend an event.
Party package will be prorated after each event is closed to ticket sales.
SYMPHONY ADVENTURE PASSPORT GUIDELINES:
Symphony Adventure Passports are available for first-time patrons of the Brevard Symphony Orchestra only. Patrons who have attended a BSO concert as a season subscriber in the past are not eligible. Passport holders will have the opportunity to attend their choice of up to four (4) individual subscription performances per passport at the King Center for the Performing Arts.
- Patrons will have up to the day prior to a performance by noon to contact the BSO Administrative Office with subscription concert choice (see below for contact information). The King Center Ticket Office will NOT issue any tickets for Passport holders.
- Each Passport holder must contact the BSO Administrative Office individually. If you purchased two or more Symphony Adventure Passports under one account, you will be contacted by the BSO Administrative Office to obtain information for the additional passport holders.
- Concerts are subject to availability. Once a concert nears sold out status it will no longer be available for Passport members, so we suggest that you make your reservations as soon as possible.
Tickets can be picked up prior to a performance at the BSO Administrative Office by each Passport holder with valid identification. If not picked up by day prior to performance choice by 4:00pm, tickets will be delivered to the King Center Box Office on concert day by BSO staff. Will Call tickets must be picked up in person by each Passport holder at the King Center Ticket Office with valid identification. Passport Cards will NOT be issued. Cannot be combined with any other offer. Limit one per patron. Passports are valid for the first season of eligibility only.
