2024-2025 Program Book Advertising
Promote your business and help support your BSO at the same time by advertising in our season program book. By supporting the BSO, you support a respected arts organization that has been performing and growing for over 70 years in Brevard County and along the Space Coast.
PLUS...each program book advertiser receives two (2) tickets to a subscription concert of choice during the season they choose to advertise!
Visibility
Your business will be seen by more than 1,500 people at each of our concerts throughout the season, including eight evening and three matinee performances. As added value to you...we now feature digital versions of the program books on our website and social media channels!

Our program books are printed locally in black and white by our friends at International Minute Press. However, as we publish our books online, we ask that all ads be sent to us in color.

We suggest a .125" safe area for all printed ads.
All print-ready ads must be received no later than September 12, 2024.
You may choose to upload with your order or send by email.
Don't have access to a graphic designer? We'd be happy to design one for you!
For an additional fee, we will create an ad specific to your business. You will need to provide a hi-res vector logo and all pertinent contact information. You can also add your tagline and/or special offers (we suggest creating offers that would be available throughout the season).
You will receive an ad proof for review and will have up to two (2) revisions.
Should you choose this option, we will contact you to request items listed above. Additional charges may apply for licensed stock photography.
Please note: Ads must be submitted by September 12, 2024, to be included in our 2024/25 program book. Ads received online without payment will not be accepted. If you would like to pay for an ad via check, invoice, or over the phone, please email LSayer@brevardsymphony.com or call (321) 345-5052.
